Weight loss, in the context of medicine, health, or physical fitness, refers to a reduction of the total body mass, due to a mean loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue.

So here we are this weekend with this blog on proper use of beverages to loose weight. When used alongside healthy lifestyle changes, certain beverages are more effective than others at promoting weight loss. Beverages like green tea, coffee and high protein drinks have been shown to boost metabolism, promote fullness and decrease hunger, all of which may encourage weight loss.

8 Beverages that can be used for Weight Loss

1. Green Tea

Green Tea is most common beverage used worldwide for weight loss. Green tea is often associated with health as it it packed with beneficial antioxidants and other powerful nutrients. Regular drinking of green tea has shown to decrease body weight and body fat. Water is the most easily available beverage for all of us. Drinking more water may benefit your waistline by keeping you full in between meals and increasing the number of calories you burn.
