How to get rid of “Dark Circles”😇

Home remedies to lessen the dark circles!!!

Hey all 😍

We are here again with this 2 minute blog on how to get rid of those unwanted dark circles underneath your eyes. ( This blog has been written on a personal request of my readers) Before beginning lets understand what are the causes of dark circles?

Commom causes of dark circles!!!

1- I personally believe stress/ depression is the main cause of the dark circles under the eye. Stress whether it is physical or mental, it is considered as a major killer of your healthy glowing skin.

2- Improper sleep could be another reason for the dark circles. Sleeping for longer hours or for a very few hours can be a reason for the brown discoloration under the eye.

3- Scrubbing, use of improper cosmetics and scratching under the eye is a source of dark circles making you eye skin very delicate and tired and thus leading to damaged skin.

Natural cure to the pigmentation under the eye!!👀

1- Cucumber : Cold cucumber slice is a perfect cure for the dark circles. Cucumber contain antioxidants that can reduce puffiness around your eyes.

2- Green tea bags : Cold green tea bags can be used for lessening the brown pigmentation under the eye. The caffeine present in tea bags shrinks blood vessels and reduces fluid retention in tissues. This makes the skin around your eyes look vibrant and glowing tea helps reduce the weight by balancing the metabolism of our body and can be kept in the refrigerator after use and can be applied under the eye to prevent dark circles. Here u can get the green tea( obviously if you don’t have)

3- Milk : Milk contains vitamin A and B6 which help build new skin cells. What you need to do is take two cottons balls dip them into the bowl of milk and keep it over your eye for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water. Milk naturally lightens the darker are of our eye. Use thrice a week daily and feel the difference.

4- Aloevera : Aloevera works as a moisturizer with anti inflammatory properties. You need to clean your eyes with water and gently apply aloevera (either you can go for aloevera leaves or order aloevera gel from the link provided here : Wash when you feel sticky under your eyes.

5- Rosewater and whole milk: Rose water is great for those with sensitive skin. Take two teaspoons of milk and mix it 1 teaspoon of whole milk. Soak two cotton pads in the mixture and cover your eye area with it for 20 minutes. Wash with normal water.

We hope that this blog helps you get your natural skin and look beautiful 😍💓
