Here we are with the Navratri diet plan which can help you lose weight (Guys trust me m gonna follow this as well🤣)
The nine day navratri fasting is the best time to lose weight and detox your body.
Though the nine day fasting is a great way to lose some weight and tone your body, yet it can actually go opposite and make you gain weight too. Here are some obvious reasons why the nine-day fasting makes us gain weight.
1- while breaking the fast,so many of us go crazy and eat anything & everything, which can cause weight gain.
2- Skipping fruits and vegetables while fasting
3- Not drinking enough water💧💦
4- Eating packaged foods like chips, laddoos etc.
5- Eating more of Navratri food available outside instead of eating home cooked food.
HERE ARE FIVE EASY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR NAVRATRI DIET🍳🍎🍌🍒 PLAN📝
1- Keep yourself hydtated
Guys this is must whether you follow diet or not .
Remaining hydrated is must. Due to less water in the body, the body starts it storing in the body and that makes our body fat.
With navratri comes the peak summer season and not having water can make you feel hungry and weak while you are fasting. So drink a minimum of 2 litres of water daily.
2- Get moving
Fasting can make you feel tired and lazy and might want to make you rest more and move less. But this is not the right thing to do.
Have a balanced diet won’t make you feel weak, instead, it will make you feel energetic and happy. So, dont forget to do exercise daily.
Don’t forget the ratio 70:30
70% is diet and 30% is exercise
So along with diet exercise is must.
3- Have small and frequent meals
Some people think fasting means eating nothing and starving themselves.
Doing so drops the blood glucose levels and takes away your energy.
Instead of eating one heavy meal🍴🍱 one time, eat three-four meals throughout the day.
So come out of the myth that remaining hungry throughout the day and eating all together at night will help you lose weight and fat.
Rather focus on having 3 to 4 meals a day and avoid overeating at night 🌙⏰💤💤🌃
4-Eat more vegetables
Having vegetables will keep you fuller for longer and thus stop you from binge eating .
If swallowing vegetables directly is typical for you then go for vegetable soup🍲. Yum and healthy.
Vegetables will give you required nutrients and vitamins as well👍😍
5- Go for low-fat food🍴🍕🍔
Instead of opting for full cream milk or cheese, go for low fact cream cheese and milk. Even the low fat options provide you essential nutrients like protein and minerals.
Avoid potatoes, kuttu pakodi and puris at night.
